4. Informational Purpose Only
DealBio provides general market intelligence and business information. DealBio content is provided for informational and research purposes only. It does not constitute:
- investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice;
- a recommendation to invest in, finance, acquire, sell, or avoid any company or security;
- an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities;
- investment research prepared for a particular person;

- a promise or guarantee concerning a company’s performance or prospects.
References to a startup, founder, investor, financing round, transaction, market, or other opportunity do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by DealBio.
You are responsible for conducting your own research and obtaining advice from qualified professionals before making any investment, commercial, legal, or financial decision.
5. No Investment Adviser, Broker, or Fiduciary Relationship
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, DealBio does not act as:
- an investment adviser;
- a broker, dealer, placement agent, or crowdfunding platform;
- a financial planner;
- a fiduciary;
- a legal or tax adviser;
- an agent of a startup or investor; or
- a party to transactions between users, startups, founders, or investors.
Using DealBio, communicating with us, receiving DealBio content, or being introduced to another person does not create an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, partnership, joint-venture, employment, or agency relationship. DealBio does not hold investment funds, execute transactions, negotiate investments on behalf of users, or determine whether an opportunity is appropriate for a particular investor.
6. Accuracy and Availability of Information
DealBio aims to publish accurate and useful information. However, startup and market information can change quickly, and information obtained from public or third-party sources may be incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or incorrect. DealBio does not guarantee that:
- any information is complete, current, or error-free;
- a startup has disclosed all relevant information;
- public statements made by a company or founder are accurate;
- financial, market, scientific, clinical, or regulatory information will remain current;
- links will remain active;
- forecasts or estimates will prove accurate; or
- a company will achieve any stated plan, milestone, financing, transaction, or commercial outcome.
Dates marked as “last updated,” “reviewed,” “added,” or similar indicate DealBio’s internal publication or review process. They do not guarantee that every fact on the relevant page was independently verified on that date. You should verify important information directly with the company, relevant authority, original source, or an appropriately qualified adviser.
7. Editorial Selection and Judgment
DealBio decides which companies, transactions, developments, and information to research, include, update, highlight, or remove.
The inclusion or exclusion of a company does not indicate DealBio’s opinion about its quality, legitimacy, investment potential, or likelihood of success. DealBio may:
- edit submissions for accuracy, length, clarity, consistency, or style;
- combine submitted information with public research;
- decide which facts or sources to include;
- classify companies using DealBio’s own sectors, stages, tags, and criteria;
- update or remove content without prior notice; and
- decline to publish a submission without providing a reason.
DealBio is under no obligation to publish a startup, update, correction, response, or other submitted material.
8. Startup and Company Submissions
You may be able to submit a startup, company profile, company update, correction, document, image, link, or other information to DealBio.
By submitting information, you confirm that:
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have the right and authority to provide it;
- providing it does not breach any contract, duty, law, or third-party right;
- it does not contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material;
- you have obtained any necessary permissions concerning other people’s personal data or intellectual property; and
- you are not impersonating another person or misrepresenting your relationship with a company.
You remain responsible for information you submit.
DealBio may ask you to verify your identity, role, company affiliation, or authority to submit information.
9. Licence for Submitted Materials
You retain ownership of materials you submit to DealBio. By submitting materials, you grant Global UP LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to:
- use;
- reproduce;
- store;
- review;
- verify;
- adapt;
- edit;
- translate;
- format;
- publish;
- display;
- distribute; and
- create extracts or summaries from those materials
for the purpose of operating, promoting, maintaining, and improving DealBio and its content. This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary to operate DealBio, maintain published or historical records, document our research, or comply with legal obligations. Where permitted by law, you agree that DealBio may edit or present submitted materials in accordance with its editorial format without requiring separate approval for every change.
10. Submitted Information Is Not Confidential
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, privileged, or trade-secret information unless DealBio has expressly agreed in writing to receive it confidentially. Information submitted through a general website form, company-submission form, email address, or ordinary communication channel will not be treated as confidential merely because you consider it confidential.
Submitting a startup or communicating with DealBio does not create a non-disclosure agreement or other duty of confidentiality.
DealBio may use submitted information to research, assess, draft, verify, or publish content in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
11. Founder and Company Review
DealBio may offer founders or company representatives an opportunity to review information before or after publication.
A review request is intended to improve factual accuracy. It does not give the reviewer editorial control over DealBio content.
DealBio may:
- accept or reject requested changes;
- request supporting evidence;
- retain language supported by credible sources;
- distinguish factual corrections from preferences about presentation; and
- publish or update content without receiving a response.
A founder’s review does not mean that the founder, company, or DealBio guarantees the completeness or accuracy of the final content.
12. Corrections and Removal Requests
You may contact DealBio if you believe that content concerning you or your company is inaccurate, outdated, unlawful, or infringes your rights.
Requests should identify:
- the relevant page or content;
- the information being challenged;
- the requested correction or action; and
- credible supporting evidence.
DealBio will review reasonable requests but does not guarantee that content will be changed or removed.
We may retain content when we reasonably believe it is accurate, lawfully published, based on credible public sources, historically relevant, or necessary to protect our legal rights.
Privacy-related requests are handled in accordance with the DealBio Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DealBio lawfully and responsibly. You may not:
- use DealBio for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose;

- use DealBio in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.
DealBio may restrict or block access when it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated.
14. Automated Access and Data Extraction
You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, browser automation, artificial-intelligence agents, or other automated tools to access, copy, extract, monitor, or reproduce DealBio content without our prior written permission.
Standard search-engine indexing performed in accordance with our technical instructions is permitted.
DealBio may apply rate limits, access controls, technical restrictions, or other measures to prevent unauthorised extraction or use.
15. DealBio Intellectual Property
The DealBio website and its original content are owned by Global UP LLC or used under licence. This may include:
- the DealBio name and branding;
- website design and layout;
- startup-brief structure;
- original descriptions and analysis;
- classifications and taxonomies;
- selection criteria;
- databases and compilations;
- reports, newsletters, and graphics; and
- software, processes, and documentation.
These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, database, unfair-competition, and other applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify, republish, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit DealBio content without prior written permission.

- do not alter the meaning of the content;

Any broader commercial use, redistribution, data licensing, republication, or database creation requires prior written permission from DealBio.
17. Third-Party Content and Sources
DealBio may include information, quotations, data, logos, images, documents, or links originating from third parties.
Third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
The presence of third-party information or a link does not mean that DealBio:
- controls the third party;
- endorses its products, services, or opinions;
- guarantees the accuracy of its information; or
- accepts responsibility for its website, privacy practices, security, or conduct.
You access third-party websites and services at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
18. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe that content available through DealBio infringes your copyright, trademark, or another intellectual-property right, contact: contact@dealbio.vc
Your notice should include:
- identification of the protected work or right;
- identification and location of the disputed content;

- evidence that you own the right or are authorised to act for its owner.
DealBio may remove or restrict access to disputed content while reviewing a complaint.
19. Artificial-Intelligence-Assisted Content
DealBio may use artificial-intelligence and automated tools to assist with research, classification, monitoring, summarisation, drafting, editing, and quality-control activities.
AI-assisted content may contain errors, omit context, or misinterpret a source. DealBio may use human review and source verification, but does not guarantee that every AI-assisted output has been independently verified.
You should independently verify information before relying on it for an investment, business, legal, scientific, clinical, or regulatory decision.
You may not represent that DealBio or its automated tools have endorsed, validated, or approved a company, investment, product, or claim unless DealBio has expressly stated this in writing.
20. Accounts
Some DealBio features may require an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate account information;
- maintain the security of your credentials;
- notify us of suspected unauthorised access; and
- accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account.
You may not share an account in a way that exceeds the permissions or subscription terms provided to you.
DealBio may suspend or terminate an account when necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, investigate misuse, or comply with law.
21. Paid Services
DealBio may introduce paid subscriptions, reports, data access, research services, or other paid features.
When a paid service is offered:
- the applicable price and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase;
- payments may be processed by third-party payment providers;
- applicable taxes may be added where required;
- additional commercial terms may apply; and
- you agree to provide accurate billing information.
The checkout page, order form, subscription agreement, or separate written contract may contain additional terms. Where those additional terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will govern the relevant paid service.
22. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Where DealBio offers a recurring subscription, it will continue for the billing period stated at purchase unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
You may cancel through the method described in your account, checkout information, or subscription confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated:
- cancellation prevents future renewal charges;
- access continues until the end of the current paid billing period; and
- partial billing periods are not automatically refunded.
Any mandatory cancellation or renewal rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
23. Refunds
Refund eligibility for a paid DealBio service will be stated at checkout or in the relevant order form or subscription agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, fees already paid are non-refundable except:
- where required by applicable law;
- where DealBio fails to provide the purchased service;
- where a payment was charged incorrectly; or
- where DealBio agrees otherwise in writing.
Requests may be sent to contact@dealbio.vc.
24. Promotions and Sponsored Content
DealBio may offer promotional placements, sponsorships, partnerships, or other commercial arrangements.
Where DealBio publishes content in exchange for payment or another material benefit, it may identify the content as sponsored, promoted, paid, or otherwise commercially connected where required or appropriate.
Payment does not guarantee a positive assessment, investment outcome, or continued publication unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
A startup’s inclusion in DealBio should not be assumed to mean that the startup paid for coverage.
25. Service Availability
DealBio may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or services.
We do not guarantee that DealBio will:
- be available without interruption;
- operate without errors;
- remain compatible with every device or browser;
- retain every feature or page;
- maintain every company profile indefinitely; or
- recover data lost because of events outside our reasonable control.
Maintenance, technical failures, provider outages, security incidents, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
26. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealBio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Global UP LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties concerning DealBio, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, and security.

- USD 100.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
28. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global UP LLC and its owners, directors, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- information or materials you submit;
- your unlawful or unauthorised use of DealBio;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your infringement of another person’s rights; or
- a material misrepresentation made by you.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Global UP LLC’s own unlawful conduct or negligence where liability cannot be excluded.
29. Suspension and Termination
DealBio may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that:
- you violated these Terms;
- your activity creates legal, security, or operational risk;
- you used DealBio fraudulently or abusively;
- payment remains overdue;

- suspension is required by law or a service provider.
You may stop using DealBio at any time.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including intellectual-property rights, submitted-content licences, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
30. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are described in the DealBio Privacy Policy.
By using DealBio, you acknowledge that information will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable law.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the terms governing your use of DealBio but addresses privacy matters separately from these Terms of Service.
31. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when DealBio’s services, business model, legal obligations, or website features change.
The updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last updated” date. Where a change materially affects an existing paid service or registered account, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate or legally required. Your continued use of DealBio after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or DealBio will be submitted to the competent state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, this section does not remove any mandatory rights or protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.
