Developing wearables and digital guidance for cardiovascular care at home
After a cardiovascular event, patients must sustain medication use, physical activity and other protective habits beyond supervised rehabilitation. Long gaps between visits can leave changes in health unnoticed, while complex daily routines make ongoing preventive care difficult to maintain.
Synbora is developing wearable-guided care to help patients sustain cardiovascular aftercare at home. Its prototype system is designed to turn continuous health measurements into personalized guidance and give clinicians a clearer view between appointments.
