Product

ObsessLess is a mobile app for people with OCD. Its AI companion, Ollie, delivers exercises based on (ERP) as well as (ACT). Users can follow daily sessions or access on-demand support during difficult moments. The app is available by subscription on iOS and Android.

Daily ten-minute guided quests

Each day the app sets one short exercise focused on intrusive thoughts, urges or compulsions. The sequence adapts to what the user has completed, so the next step is defined.

One-tap SOS for acute moments

A single button opens a voice-guided session for an obsession, an overwhelming feeling or a compulsion. It guides the user through resisting the ritual and staying with discomfort.

Community designed for OCD recovery

Members can share experiences, answer polls and view recovery stories. The community prevents reassurance requests, which can reinforce compulsive behaviour in people with OCD.

Market Overview

OCD is a persistent condition that often begins early and frequently occurs alongside depression or another mental disorder. Recommended care commonly combines cognitive behavioral therapy, especially exposure and response prevention, with medication when appropriate, but specialist delivery remains uneven.

Demand is shaped by the gap between recommended specialist care and real access. Dutch mental-health waits often exceed the national standard, while consumers already pay directly for mental-health apps. That creates a clear market for lower-cost support used while waiting for therapy or between sessions.
