Developing immunotherapies targeting ageing cells in fibrotic disease
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis scars the lungs, making breathing harder. Symptoms usually worsen over time, and the disease can reduce life expectancy. Current treatments can relieve symptoms and slow progression, but there is no cure.
Neotis is developing immunotherapies to direct immune cells against harmful ageing cells, initially in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Its NTS platform identifies cell-surface targets in damaged tissues to guide treatment development.
