Developing small antibody-linked cancer drugs activated inside solid tumors
Targeted cancer drugs can struggle to reach cells deep within dense solid tumors. Toxic payloads may also affect healthy tissue, limiting the doses patients can tolerate and leaving some cancers poorly served despite the availability of antibody-based treatments.
Nanolynx Biologics is developing nanobody-drug conjugates designed to bind targets in the acidic environment of solid tumors. Its smaller targeting proteins aim to improve drug delivery within tumors and limit exposure of healthy tissue to toxic payloads.
