Vaginal dryness can cause soreness, itching and pain during sex, affecting daily life. Hormonal changes during menopause, pregnancy and breastfeeding can contribute to these symptoms. Persistent discomfort may require professional care when self-care measures do not help.
Lumidou is developing a red and near-infrared light applicator for intimate comfort at home. Its companion app is designed to guide a regular self-care routine and help women track their use and intimate wellbeing over time.
