Coordinating emergency teams with patient-flow views, alerts and task priorities
Emergency staff must manage patient care while chasing information and preparing for surges in demand. Unclear handovers and interruptions make shifts harder to organise, adding strain even where hospital information, bed-management and staffing systems are already in place.
FloFixER develops software that brings emergency-department data into a shared view, flags bottlenecks and suggests actions. It helps teams prioritise tasks and coordinate shifts, with activity forecasts to support resource planning.
