Developing personalised physical-activity plans for people with fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia causes persistent widespread pain, fatigue and sleep problems. Symptoms and tolerance for activity can vary from day to day, making exercise difficult to pace. Excessive effort can aggravate symptoms, while too little activity can reduce physical capacity.
Doulceur is developing a digital programme that personalises physical activity for people with fibromyalgia. It is designed to adjust activity type, volume and progression as symptoms change, helping patients manage their level of effort over time.
