Developing brain blood-flow MRI software to support dementia diagnosis
Early detection and monitoring of brain disorders are constrained by variable MRI interpretation and time-intensive image review. Clinicians need quantitative indicators to assess changes in the brain and support diagnostic decisions efficiently.
BrainQuant is developing ASLQuant to analyse blood-flow MRI scans and generate quantitative brain perfusion measures and visualisations. The software aims to help clinicians interpret scans and monitor neurodegenerative disease without radioactive tracers.
What stands out about BrainQuant
Deployed ASLQuant at MVZ Neurologie Hennef in 2026 for structured evaluation of workflow integration, quantitative outputs and clinician experience.
